Content Removal Policy

Secure Medical Inc takes reports about content on BetterSex seriously. This page explains what we prohibit, how to report something, and how to request removal.

Content we prohibit

The following is never allowed on BetterSex and will be removed:

• Any sexual content involving, depicting, describing, or implying a minor — zero tolerance;
• Content depicting a real, identifiable person without authorization, or any non-consensual intimate depiction of a real person;
• Content presenting non-consent, incest, or bestiality as real or desirable;
• Content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property;
• Content that promotes or facilitates real-world violence or illegal activity.

Because companion imagery on the Service is AI-generated and depicts no real people (see our 2257 Statement), most removal requests concern intellectual property, an alleged real-person likeness, or a safety concern. We address all of these.

How to report content

Send an email to help@bettersex.com that includes:

• A description of the content and where on the Service you encountered it (a link or screenshot helps);
• Why you believe it violates this Policy or the law;
• If it concerns you or your likeness or rights, enough information for us to understand your claim, and a way to contact you.

Reports involving minors

We treat any report that content may sexualize a minor as our highest priority. We will remove such content, take action against the responsible account, preserve information as appropriate, and report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement as required by law.

Real-person likeness & privacy

If you believe content on the Service depicts you (or resembles a real, identifiable person) and you want it removed, contact us at help@bettersex.com. Although our content is AI-generated and not intended to depict any real individual, we will review good-faith requests and remove content where appropriate.

Copyright (DMCA) notices

If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a notice to our agent at help@bettersex.com that includes: identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We respond to valid notices and will, in appropriate cases, remove the material and notify the affected user, who may submit a counter-notice.

What happens after you report

• We acknowledge and review reports promptly;
• We remove content that violates this Policy or the law;
• We may suspend or terminate accounts responsible for prohibited content;
• We may contact you if we need more information.
