Billing & cancellations
Charges from this site appear on your statement as BETTERSEX.AI and are processed by MassPay on behalf of Medical Web LLC. If you do not recognize a charge, contact us before disputing it with your bank — we can identify the transaction and resolve it faster than a chargeback can.
- Cancel any time from your account settings — cancellation is immediate and takes effect at the end of the paid period.
