Affiliate Program Policy

This policy governs participation in the BetterSex affiliate program. By applying you agree to these terms, which may be updated from time to time. Material changes take effect 30 days after we notify participating affiliates by email.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
• You must operate a website, blog, social account, or other channel directed at adult audiences and free of illegal or objectionable material.
• You must complete the application and be approved by our team before promoting.

2. Tracking & attribution

When a visitor opens your unique link, we place a tracking cookie on their device that lasts 30 days. If they create an account and make a qualifying purchase within that window, the sale is attributed to you. Attribution is last-click.

3. Commissions

• You earn 40% of the net amount of each qualifying purchase, excluding taxes and payment-processing fees.
• Commissions are held as "pending" until the underlying charge clears any refund or chargeback window, then marked "approved."
• Commission rates may change with prior notice.

4. Payouts

• Payouts are issued monthly once your approved balance reaches the $50 minimum.
• Payouts are made through Stripe to your connected bank account (available payout methods may vary by region).
• Balances below the minimum roll over to the next cycle.

5. Prohibited practices

The following will void commissions and may result in termination:

• Self-referrals or creating accounts to generate your own commissions.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or other deceptive tracking.
• Bidding on or registering domains that imitate or misspell BetterSex.
• Spam, malware, adware, or unsolicited messaging.
• Promoting to or targeting anyone under 18, or in a manner that violates applicable law.
• Misrepresenting the product, its pricing, or your relationship with us.

6. Disclosure

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with BetterSex wherever you promote, in line with FTC guidelines and other applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws.

7. Term & termination

The agreement starts when your application is approved and continues until either party ends it. We may suspend or terminate your participation, and withhold commissions associated with a violation, at our discretion.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Secure Medical Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the program, including lost revenue or anticipated profits.
